Mgr. et Mgr. Radim Kalabis, Ph.D.
Radim Kalabis is a member of the Department of Business Economics and Law of the PRIGO University. He completed a Master’s degree in History and Civic Education at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava and a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. As part of his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University, he deals with consensual divorce.
Since 2007 he has been working in advocacy. It deals with criminal law and civil law (within its framework with matrimonial and family law and contract law) and legal regulation of food supplements and nutritional supplements, and legal regulation of advertising of nutritional supplements and supplements.
In addition, he works as a university lecturer at the VŠB-TU Ostrava as a member of the Department of Social Sciences, where he is engaged in teaching legal subjects.
As part of his publishing activities, he contributes to the proceedings of the International Scientific Conference Economic and Social Policy. In the past, as a co-author, he participated in publications on the issue of university admission courses.
Radim Kalabis is a member of the Department of Social Sciences at the European Research University. He graduated from the rigorosum proceedings in the field of Substantive Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (JUDr.), and completed his Master’s studies in the Law and Legal Science programme at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr.). He completed his doctoral studies in Civil Law (Ph.D.) at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University. He also completed a Master’s degree in History and Civic Education at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava (Mgr.). He is currently completing his education by studying Canon Law in the Master’s follow-up studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava.
Since 2007 he has also been working in the legal profession. He deals with criminal law and civil law (within the framework of matrimonial and family law and contract law), as well as legal regulation of advertising. Professionally, he also deals with selected issues of administrative law. He focuses his scientific activity on private law, canon law and the legal regulation of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems.
