Sabina Vaňková works as the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Cooperation with Practice. She graduated in the master’s programme in Teaching English Language and Literature and Social Sciences at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ostrava. In addition to her teaching career, she has gradually worked in several positions in the private sector, such as a process improvement specialist, an activity coordinator, a department manager, and a project and program manager.
She is fluent in English and holds several methodological certificates for language teaching, a certificate for teaching legal English and an ITIL v3 foundations certificate for process management. At the PRIGO University, she teaches English and provides all contacts with the public, including activities related to contract research, scientific and project cooperation, internships for students, charitable and volunteer activities or school social responsibility activities.
Sabina Vaňková, together with the rector of the PRIGO University, is the guarantor of the development of international cooperation. During her time at the PRIGO University, memoranda of cooperation were signed with universities in Europe, the USA, and China. The PRIGO University has become a member of the Erasmus+ student mobility programme. Sabina Vaňková regularly participates in these mobilities and teaches abroad.
